Alcohol Policy

• No outside alcoholic beverages allowed.  
• Only Parry’s Pizzeria & Taphouse and The Colony Wine Bar & Patio and Refresh Stations can sell beer and wine for outdoor consumption at Grandscape. 
• Possessing any open can, bottle, or other receptacle containing any alcoholic beverage, except in areas specifically designated for the consumption of alcohol by those of legal drinking age is not permitted. 
• Each Grandscape business has the right to prohibit guests with beer and/or wine from entering their stores.

Ball Play 

• Ball play on the lawn is permitted unless there is a concert or organized event taking place. 
• Guests throwing or kicking a ball during an event will be asked to cease play by security. Any guest who disregards the request by security may be asked to leave the premises.  
• Organized group tournaments must be coordinated with the Grandscape Events team.

Coolers 

• Coolers with drinks or food are not allowed within the Lifestyle Center.

Cost of events 

• While most Grandscape events are free to attend, some do require the purchase of a ticket. That information will be noted on the event listing page on the Grandscape website along with a link to purchase tickets.

Drones/Photography 

• Businesses or Individuals interested in videography and/or photography within or of Grandscape, including capturing drone video, should visit the Contact Us page, to submit their request.

Guest Services 

• To purchase Grandscape Gift Cards please visit our Grandscape offices located in between The Baked Bear and P.F. Chang’s, on the second floor. The Grandscape offices are open Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.   
• Public restrooms are located by The Stage and Lawn. 
• An ATM is located near the public restrooms by our Lawn.

Lawn Chairs 

• Guests are welcome to bring their own chairs to enjoy the vast, open outdoor space on our Grandscape Lawn.  
• Lawn chairs with puck like or flat feet are allowed on the lawn. Furniture and equipment with sharp or jagged edges should not be placed on turf as this may puncture or tear the turf.

Parking 

• For free, convenient, covered parking, make your way to our multi-story parking garage. Located toward the back of our center, the parking garage gives you access directly to the middle of all of the action at Grandscape. All levels are open to the public, with the exception of 6 & 7 which are reserved for Live Grandscape residents.  
• We have surface parking on the North and East sides of the Grandscape Lifestyle Center, located directly in front of The Grandscape Wheel, as well as a subterranean parking garage beneath parking lot #1 
• Additional parking can be found in the NFM surface parking lots and garage.

Pet Policy 

• Pets must be leashed and under control at all times. 
• Pet owners must pick up after their pets.

Smoking Policy 

• Smoking or vaping is not allowed within the Lifestyle Center.

The Stage at Grandscape Bookings 

• Bands interested in playing The Stage at Grandscape should visit the Contact Us page and select “Stage Booking” to submit a request. 
• If you are interested in renting The Stage at Grandscape for a private corporate or community event, please visit go to: www.grandscape.com/rental-spaces and complete the form to send in your request.

Vendor Inquiry 

• Businesses interested in being a vendor at a Grandscape event should visit the Contact Us page and select “Event Vendor” to submit a request.

Weather Policy 

• Grandscape is an outdoor venue and allows our guests to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. Our goal is to always maintain the safety of our guests and provide fun and unique experiences.  
• If we encounter bad weather (lightning, severe windstorms, severe heat/heat index etc.) we will either postpone or cancel any scheduled events.  
• All cancellations will be posted on our social sites as well as the website.
